RETURNS & REFUNDS

You can return unworn items in original condition (tags attached) within 14 days of delivery.

1. Email nexxtstylee100@gmail.com with your order number.
2. We'll send you return instructions and a pickup option.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 7 business days.

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
• Items without original tags or packaging.
• Final-sale items (clearly marked at checkout).

Since orders are cash on delivery, refunds are issued by bank transfer to an account you provide. We do not deduct return shipping for defective items.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
